Notice is hereby given that: the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport International will be held at The Palace Hotel, High Street, Sliema, Malta on Tuesday 4th May 2010. Commencing at 14.00 hrs local time to conduct the following business:

As ordinary business

1.To consider and if thought fit adopt the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2009 and the reports of the trustees and auditors.

2. To reappoint Mazars LLP auditors and to authorise the trustees to agree their remuneration.

1. An Institute member - a Chartered Fellow or Chartered Member - entitled to attend and vote at the meeting convened by the above notice is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, on a poll, vote instead of him or her. A proxy must be an Institute member or chairman of the meeting.

2. The appointment of a proxy will not prevent you from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting in person.
